Arizona Board of Homeopathic and Integrated Medicine Examiners
Physician Information
To obtain a license as a homeopathic and integrated medicine physician the State of Arizona requires the completion of an application and the required examinations.
Examination Dates (Please Note: Examination and Meeting Dates may change. For instance, if an examination falls on a State holiday the examination will be held on the Friday before the holiday). Contact the office for more information. 602-542-8154.

Continuing Education: Each physician shall indicate on the annual renewal form in a statement that 20 hours of board approved continuing education was completed in the previous year.
Information concerning the types of coursework recognized by the Board to meet the continuing education requirement is available in A.A.C. R4-38-116 at this link (click here).
The following continuing education sponsors have been approved by the Board at a regular meeting for the indicated course title and number of approved hours. Approvals are effective for one year. It is the responsibility of the sponsor of the program to reapply for approval of coursework if they intend to offer the program for more than one year.
