A person may obtain additional public records related to any licensee, including dismissed complaints and non-disciplinary actions and orders, by calling (602-542-8154) or emailing the Board. With regard to non-disciplinary actions all health boards are governed by legislation effective in 2011 which states that the record of that complaint is available to the public but may not appear on the board's website.
