Meetings are held at 1400 West Washington Street, Basement Conference Room #1, Phoenix, AZ unless otherwise indicated.  Meetings begin as 9:00 a.m., although occasionally the time or date may be changed as the result of a meeting falling on a state holiday.  A final agenda is posted 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting time and is posted on the first and second floor of the building at 1400 West Washington, Phoenix, AZ in addition to this website.

If you desire accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter please contact the Executive Director at (602) 542-8154 (TTY 711 for relay service relating to the hearing impaired).  Please make your request as early as possible to allow time to arrange the accommodation.

Board agendas and minutes are in PDF file format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. You can get this free software from the Adobe WEB site.

Copies of Minutes and Agendas from 2003 through 2007 are available in PDF form and may be obtained at no cost by emailing the Board (link below) and making a request .  Minutes and Agendas prior to 2003 are available in hard copy at a cost of 25 cents per page and may be obtained by filling out a Records Request Form, and Faxing the form to the Board with your fee.
