Medical Assistants
Medical assistants work under the
supervision of homeopathic and integrated medicine physicians licensed within
Arizona. The supervising physician must be trained
and legally capable of performing any of the delegated
procedures and treatments performed by the
medical assistant. (Further information on

integrated medicine physician
and the medical assistant may be reviewed in
the rules located in the Arizona Administrative Code
R4-38-301 through 310.
The Board reviews applications at board meetings held
six times per year. Click on Forms and Downloads

assistant. Note: If you are a previously
licensed medical professional or a medical professional
trained in a foreign country and you are inquiring about
registration as a homeopathic and integrated medical assistant please

required to apply as a medical assistant
under these criteria.
