Small Business Bill of Rights Statement HoH.B. 2260 added subsection (C) to A.R.S. §41-200.01 Regulatory Bill of Rights, http://www.azleg.gov/legtext/51leg/2r/laws/0204.pdf. The bill requires state agencies that conduct audits, inspections, or other regulatory enforcement actions pursuant to ARS 41-1009 to create a Small Business Bill of Rights.
Physician training information regarding PTSD Medical Marijuana Certifications
Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Director Will Humble, approved PTSD as a qualifying condition and set a start date as January 1, 2015 to ensure physicians have time to get familiar with conventional treatments for PTSD. Below is a link from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) that includes CME/CE activities developed by Hayes, Inc. The course is accredited for a multi-disciplinary audience of health care practitioners.

The Board’s mission is to protect the health, safety and welfare of Arizona citizens by examining, licensing and regulating homeopathic physicians. The Board also registers homeopathic medical assistants that work under the supervision of licensed homeopathic physicians.
The Board licenses and regulates approximately 87 Physicians practicing in the state, and has registered 23 Medical Assistants.
